Jammerboard 1.14 : big bug fix & a few tweaks

Jammerboard 1.14 is out.

• Found a big one : no trees were generated at the left edge of the screen, allowing one to park his player over there, let go of the controls and watch the score grow ad infinitum. Fixed.
• The menu was redesigned, pointing at changes to come...
• Some minor changes to the look of trees and ice patches were made.
